General conditions

All cargo-carrying minibuses CJSC “Keliauk” have: power steering wheel, central lock, signaling, automatic radio cassette player, air cushion.

Booking
We recommend booking the cars in advance.

Prices
Prices include VAT, total insurance of the car and unlimited mileage. Fuel expenses are not included.

Fuel
The microbuses being rented is of full tank. When returning the car with less quantity of fuel, extra pays of 1,45 Eur. for every missing liter are to be paid.

Duration of rent
The shortest duration of car rent is 24 hours. If car is being returned behind time for more than 1 hour without advanced agreement, additional 24 hours are added. If you wish to continue the duration of rent, you can do that by paying for additional period.

Requirements for drivers
The minimum driving age of 21 years. Driver's license must be valid for at least two years. In order to rent a car to 3.5 tons. It requires a "B" category driving license, over 3.5 tons. necessary "C"  category driving license.

Additional driver
If several persons are planning to drive the car, then the workers of the rent agency have to be informed about that before the car rent. An additional charge of 2,9 Eur/24 hours is applied for every additional driver.

Client’s accountability
Client’s accountability is up to 290 Eur, which the client has to pay for damage made in case of traffic accident. Before renting the car, this sum is considered to be a deposit.

FINES.
In case of loosing car documents, keys or damaging tires, charge of established size is to be paid.

Hijacks and car damages
Car insurance (accidents, criminal activity of third persons, natural disasters and theft insurances) are included into rent price. In case, when insurance does not cover the losses, the renter is accountable for the losses made. In case of a hijack, the renter has to present car’s technical passport and keys, otherwise he/she is accountable for total value of the car. Car tires, car stereo and personal items of the renter are not insured, the renter has full accountability for them.

Payment
The price established has to be paid in advance. Physical persons are required to have a credit card. VISA or MASTERCARD international credit cards are accepted. Enterprises can pay by remittance; however, rent price has to be paid in advance.

Accessories
Set: central lock, remote-ring circuit, audio system, steering boosters and air-bags, and air conditioners are installed in cars. Winter time, winter tires are used without additional charge.

Limitations
It is forbidden to cross the boundaries of the Baltic State (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Kaliningrad region) without additional permission of the LJSC “Keliauk”.
